There’s a lot going on these days, both here on the farm and out in the wider world. Here’s a couple of links to some good happenings and causes in the Portland area.

The Village Building Convergence – 21-30May – Be a part of creating a sustainable Portland….lots of workshops, speakers, and plenty of opportunities to get your hands dirty. Check them out!

Tryon farm – These folks are working to purchase a piece of land adjacent to Tryon Creek state park in Portland…they’ve got their work cut out for them, with land values being what they are. Lend a hand if you have a skill that they need.
