Eat food, not too much, mostly plants

Grist has a good interview with Michael Pollan, who we seem to mention regularly. He talks about his new book, following on his success with Omnivore's Dilemma.

And entirely unrelated, Gene Logsdon of Contrary Farmer fame is writing at Organic To Be, and wrote a great article on farming and economic inevitablity. It's worth thinking about what the pundits call conventional wisdom in a non-farming context as well, as oil prices keeps climbing, house prices slump, and what was once a sure-fire money maker just a little while ago becomes a fiasco...
